Salary - £28,000-£40,000 (depending on experience)

Working Hours - Monday-Friday

Our client, established for over 30 years, is seeking a talented Property Manager to join their team based in West Hampstead. As one of the top-performing estate agents in Northwest London, they are committed to staying ahead of an ever-changing property market and investing in their staff to ensure they have the very best people in the business.

Responsibilities:

• Managing a portfolio of residential properties


• Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants


• Overseeing tenancy progression and renewals


• Ensuring properties comply with all legal and safety regulations


• Arranging and monitoring gas, electrical, and other safety inspections


• Organising maintenance and repairs with approved contractors


• Handling tenant queries, issues, and complaints efficiently


• Managing check-ins, check-outs, and deposit processes


• Keeping accurate property and compliance records


• Liaising with contractors, landlords, and internal teams

Key Requirements: 

• Previous experience in property management


• Great customer service


• Accuracy and attention to detail


• Time management


• Ability to work as part of a team


• Excellent communication skills
