Lettings Negotiator – East Finchley/Hampstead     

Salary: £18,000 - £23,000 + Commission OTE £35,000 - £60,000 and £3,500 Car Allowance

Driver and own car required  

Our client based in and around the North and North West London area has a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to become part of an award-winning, Multi office independent family-run estate agency. They are a well-recognised and respected brand within the area and the industry. They are looking for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join their team in East Finchley/Hampstead

Key Responsibilities: 

• Conducting viewings and letting properties 

• A confident valuer/ lister with a strong instruction ratio

• Managing and maintaining an accurate applicant database 


• Providing applicants and landlord with regular feedback 


• Facilitating a let through to move in 


• Previous lettings experience is essential.


• Full UK driving licence. 

The ideal candidate will be a well presented, dynamic and target driven individual. Candidates must be results focussed, self-motivated and someone who can provide exceptional customer service.
