Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am -6pm

About the role:
Key Responsibilities
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- Negotiating prices, contracts, and terms of sale.
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conducting property viewings or product demonstrations (depending on the industry).
- Advising clients on market conditions, pricing, and sales strategies.
- Preparing and presenting sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Following up with leads and managing the sales pipeline.
- Handling customer queries and resolving complaints professionally.
- Coordinating with marketing, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth transactions.
- Maintaining accurate records using customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Monitoring competitors and market trends to identify opportunities.
- Mentoring and supporting junior sales negotiators or new team members.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant industry regulations.
- Preparing sales reports and providing updates to senior management.
Skills
- Minimum 18 months experience in lettings
- Proven ability to close deals and hit targets
- Strong written and spoken English, with the ability to write clear and professional emails
- Confident, target-driven, and competitive
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proactive and commercially aware
- Ability to generate new business and build landlord relationships
