Our client is seeking a full time Trainee Sales Negotiator for their office in Waltham Abbey. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and telephone manner, be well presented, highly organised and flexible in their working approach. 

This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a respected estate agency and have a great opportunity to progress with the business. The role will suit a hardworking individual, with a confident telephone manner and outgoing personality.

• Booking and conducting viewings
• Canvassing to achieve new business 
• Generating new listings through successful market appraisals
• Calling leads to generate market appraisals and viewings
• Conducting viewings
• Negotiating offers
• Dealing with enquires promptly
• Proven track record of achieving targets
• Full UK Driving licence
• Positive and polite manner
• Target oriented attitude
• Self -motivated and career minded
