Eddie started his property career in 2003 and progressed to working with one of London’s best known estate agencies in 2004 where he became a top consultant and gained promotions. After enjoying a strong career within property he then wanted a new challenge which is what led him into recruitment.  In 2010 he helped launch and develop PEAR where he has established lasting relationships and continuously looks at ways on how to evolve.
