Land and New Homes based in Finchley
Salary £18,000 - £24,000 plus commission £60k ote.

These guys arean award-winning, independent family-run estate agent in North London and Northwest London. They promote hugely from within and are well respected within their area and the industry so if you are Sales Negotiator who has great drive and ambition to succeed, and possible land and new homes experience.
Your average day:
Dealing with telephone and email enquiries from prospective buyers
Accompanied viewings with prospective Buyers
Registering enquiries effectively and arranging appointments to view suitable properties
Following up enquiries and maintaining a database of active potential buyers.
Carrying out vendor marketing updates as directed.
Negotiating offers under the direction of the Sales Manager
Sales progression: Liaising with Solicitors and other agents as required; keeping all parties well informed.
Working as part of the Sales team and covering other negotiators if required
Any other duties as deemed necessary to assist the team.
You will need to be:
