Just for you, this is a great opportunity to join adedicated team of property professionals working for a well-known brand. They are looking for a Property Manager who will be dedicated to offering their clients an exceptional service. Working in a vibrant office with an experienced team this really is a great move for a career Property Manager.
You will be experienced in all aspects of property management and make managing a portfolio of around 100 properties look easy! This means you will be highly organized and self-sufficient feeling confident enough to jump straight in!
As a Property Manager, your role will involve:
Organising all safety certificates
Managing admin elements of the role
Booking checkouts
Assisting with new move ins (updating SS, welcome letters, registering deposits, setting inspection reminders)
Managing post and utilities (it would be good to utilise tenant shop)
Handling tenant swaps
Keeping databases up to date
Overseeing inbox when TA and AP are out on inspections
Managing management keys
The Individual:
Excellent oral and written communications skills.
A minimum of 1 years property management experience.
Excellent team player with the ability to work on your own.
Excellent IT skills with intermediate MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Highly motivated and positive with a “can do” attitude.
