Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm

If you love the hustle and bustle of Londons West end this is the role for you. As an experienced PM your organisational skills will be phenomenal! You will be looking after a portfolio of around 120 -125 properties, and will be provided with an Oyster card to make getting around a little easier…
Property Management is a core element of our clients business with many of their clients having been with them for years, they will fully support your career offering you the opportunity to train for your ARLA once you have passed probation.
As a Property Manager, your role will involve:
First point of contact for tenants
Processing rent payments and client account reconciliations
Liaising with Landlords on various things such as works, deposit returns
Dealing with contractors
Arranging deposit returns via TDS
Arranging gas safeties, EPCs, EICRs etc
Using Veco system
The Individual:
Working knowledge ofVeco system
Excellent oral and written communications skills.
Property management experience.
Excellent team player with the ability to work on your own.
Excellent IT skills with intermediate MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Highly motivated and positive with a “can do” attitude.
