Salary: £22,000 to £26,000 per annum
Working Hours: Monday – Friday 8.45am – 6pm. With 1 in 4 Saturdays
Our client, an Estate Agency based in Hitchin, is currently looking to recruit an impeccably organised Property Manager to join their busy team.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing a portfolio of properties
Oversee maintenance problems
Deal with Maintenance issues effectively and within appropriate time-scales
Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures
Liaise with tenants, landlords and contractors
Arrange annual gas safety certificates, & servicing
Prepare property inspections & renewal tenancy agreements.
Invoicing and general day to day management
Personal Qualities:
ARLA qualified preferred
Must have experience working within an Estate Agency
Confidence to problem solve maintenance issues.
Ability to create relationships and maintain trust levels to the higheststandards
Ability to work on your own or as part of a team
UK drivers licence and your own vehicle useful but not essential.
