Salary: up to £25,000
Working Hours: Monday – Friday -9am -6pm with every other Saturday 9am -4pm
Are you a Property Manager looking for a new challenge? We need you to wow our client with your wealth of knowledge and your ability to keep plates spinning. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of around 100 properties, so you will need to know what you are doing.
You will have your own car and must ready to handle whatever the day throws your way, but your proactive and organised attitude will ensure you are well prepared!
You will have good knowledge of the property market and industry and a good knowledge of the, along with the following:-
Ability to demonstrate initiative
Experience using Jupix
Excellent telephone manner
Strong time management skills
Ability to problem solve
Full UK Driving Licence & own car
Professional approach to customer services
