- Description
We need a dedicated Property Manager whose main purpose is to upkeep the residential properties guaranteeing a superior level of satisfaction. Worthing with a a great team you will be responsible for a portfolio of properties in Palmers Green guaranteeing all aspects of property management.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with exceptional communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Package
Monday to Friday: 08.45 – 17.30
£25,000 - £30,000 plus Car Allowance.
Responsibilities includes:
Overseeing portfolio of approximately 125 managed properties
Arranging maintenance and contractor visits
Processing tenancy swaps
End of tenancy processing
General enquiries

Requirements for this role:
Minimum of 1 year’s experience
Reapit accounts experience
ARLA preferential
Driver with own vehicle
