Location: Shepherds Bush
Salary: £30,000 - £34,000plus bonus OTE £40K
Hours: Monday to Friday 1 in 6 Saturday
Our client is looking for a Property Manager with a highly organised and structured approach to work to join their Shepherds Bush team. Candidates must be professional and well presented, have an excellent understanding of computer software and have a high level of administrative ability. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with exceptional communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Responsibilities includes:
Overseeing portfolio of properties
Arranging maintenance and contractor visits
Processing tenancy swaps
End of tenancy processing
General enquiries
They believe in training and providing the very best service to our client and tenants.
Requirements for this role:
Minimum of 1 year’s experience
Full clean driving licence
Experience on Eurolink - VECO useful
ARLA essential
