- Head of Property Management - Tring
Basic £30,000 plus Car Allowance and commission OTE £45,000 - £50,000.
Our client based in Tring is looking for a Head of property management to oversee there three offices. Ideally candidates will be Arla qualified with up to date knowledge of the legal side of tenancies, block experience is not essential a training can be provided.
Their functions will include (but not limited to):
Overseeing all aspects of property management
Inventory clerk organisation
Block management
Infrastructure IT/Telephones
Branch facilities
Management figures for monthly board meetings
Managing the team and settings tasks and conducting staff appraisals.
Candidate Requirements:
Arla qualified
Property Manager with 4 years’ experience minimum
Property Management experience of large portfolio.
Highly Organised & Attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Commercially minded
Team player with a great sense of humour.
