Lettings Manager - Leytonstone
£22,000 - £26,000 + Com OTE £45,000 + Car Allowance
Working Hours: 5½ day week Mon to Fri 8.30am to 6pm Sat 9am to 2pm closed Sundays and bank holidays.
Our client is seeking a driven Lettings Manager to head their successful. The ideal Lettings Manager will be accomplished at negotiating lettings contracts with both landlords and tenants and have a strong personality to deal with the nature of the role. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years Lettings experience.
Duties will include:
Accomplished at winning new business and negotiating lettings contracts,
Strong interpersonal skills to create a meaningful client relationship, exceptional sales ability to close business successfully
Administration & property management
You will focus on building and maintaining market share in a competitive environment
We expect you to be fully conversant with acts appropriate to the lettings industry, including the housing act, consumer protection regulations 2008 and property ombudsman code of conduct.
Applicant’s skillset:
Experienced in a busy, successful and recognised Lettings Agency
Proven track record of success in negotiating lettings contracts.
You will need to be able to work under pressure.
Fully comprehend the letting process and the legislation that governs it.
Proven background, preferable ARLA qualified.
Must drive and have own car
Proactive, organised, focused and accessible.
An engaging and charismatic personality is essential,
