Up to £25,000
Our client based in Tring is looking for a Sales Progressor. We are looking for experienced sales progressors who are looking to be part of a great sales team. The successful candidate will work to exceptionally high standards and take pride in their success, but also the success of their team and the company as a whole.
As a Sales Progressor, your role will include:
Managing the sales progression process from accepted offer through to completion - ensuring all parties are kept fully informed at all times
Maintaining files for each sale and ensuring all administrative tasks are completed
Being the sole point of contact for all parties
Liaising with conveyancers / solicitors, surveyors and financial advisors
Promoting our services where appropriate and generating referral leads
