Salary £20,000 - £25,000
5 day week Monday – Friday.
An award-winning independent estate and letting agents is currently looking for self-motivated and talented Sales Progressor who can contribute to their team.
They are looking for someone with least 1 year experience in a similar position and really enjoy what they do.
Responsibilities to include:
Progressing the sales to completion
Liaising with solicitors, mortgage lenders, surveyors, vendor and purchasers
Checking the chain is complete
Providing weekly reports on pipeline
Administration
Key Skills:
Estate Agency experience and progression essential
Good knowledge of the residential sales process
Good communication and IT skills
Confident and articulate
Self-motivated and organised
High service levels and good attention to detail
