£20,000 - £25,000 + Commission + Car Allowance
5 day working week including Saturdays with one Saturday off a month.
Monday - Friday 9:30am - 6:30pm & 9.30am-5pm Saturday
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior sales & Letting Negotiator to join our clients busy Wembley office. The ideal candidate will have experience in both sales and lettings and looking for a new challenge.
This opportunity needs an experienced estate agent who can confidently lead a team. You will be a highly motivated and ambitious individual who will play an active part in building new relationships with local landlords. You will need experience in Residential Sales & Lettings valuations
Key responsibilities within the role include:
Identifying and properly registering applicants, vendors and landlords.
securing maximum quality viewings, valuations, financial services appointments, conveyancing quotes and instruction
Understanding and demonstratingthe importance of re-qualifying applicants
Undertake accompanied viewings as and when required
Following up viewings and securing offers
Pro-actively canvass for new opportunities
Candidates must have a UK driving Licence and Car.
