£21,000 + Com OTE £35,000
Our client is looking for a confident, enthusiastic and productive property professional to join their office in Redhill. This is a very successful team to work in with good average fees and together with our high market share and being based in an excellent location, you will never be short of things to do or properties to value and sell!
MAIN DUTIES:
To successfully list a targeted number of properties to the company’s guidelines achieving the best level of fees possible
Promote and encourage ancillary services whilst maintaining compliance with relevant legislation
Generate appointments for viewings, valuations and mortgage advisors
List and sell properties together with ancillary services
Follow up business leads
Achieve minimum levels of business targets
PERSON SPECIFICATION
Previous listing experience in the estate agency industry
Proven track record for previous sales results
Dynamic
Hard Working
Leads by example
Target Driven
Full driving license
