Our Client is looking for a Property Manager for their Southgate office.
This is a great company to work for with over 20 years experience in the lettings Market in some of London’s most prestigious areas.
They combine both their traditional management services along with cutting edge technology and sophisticated marketing to ensure they provide a great service to both landlord and tenant.
As a Property Manager you will be responsible for a property portfolio:
Carry out inspections
Raising & following up on corrective actions.
Identify new opportunities
Estate and facilities management
Liaise and build relationships with maintenance contractors
Ensure all properties are maintained up to high standards
Booking inventory checks
The best property manager will possess the skill of problem solving!
