Salary £25,000+
Working hours: Monday - Friday 9am – 6.30pm
Our client is looking for a Branch Administrator for their Forest Hill Branch. You must be enthusiastic and responsible with property administration experience, you must be able to demonstrate a track record of your achievements. In this role you will act as the office lynchpin. You will be an integral part of the team, turning your hand to anything needed. We are looking for candidates who are real self-starters, someone who will be able to pick things up and is trustworthy, fun and has great attention to detail. The successful candidate will be required to carry out the following duties:
Updating property portals/window displays/the property database- marketing
Creating all preparation of sales and lettings paperwork- chasing up vendors, solicitors, landlords
Responsible for Money Laundering checks- ensuring you have followed all procedures
Providing support and assistance to the negotiators and managers, wherever needed- ad hoc administrative tasks
Office management, including ordering and maintaining stationery supplies and office facilities
Key Skills/Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an administrative role in a property based environment.
Impeccably presented with a great telephone manner and customer service in this customer facing role
Great IT and organisation skills
Social and a good networker with lots of energy- You are the face of the office, the first point of contact.
NAEA or ARLA qualification is a bonus
