Our client is a market leading Estate Agent in Hertford. An opportunity has arisen for an experienced property administrator to join their busy office. We are looking for candidates with previous experience in the residential property industry who consistently push themselves to be the best and succeed.
Job details for the Branch Administrator:
Maintaining the internal database
Progressing lettings files
Managing appointments and diary
General office administration duties
Criteria for the Branch Administrator:
Excellent organisation and administration skills
Ability to prioritise, handle pressure and manage a varying workload
Exceptional communication both verbal and written
Property Administration experience essential
Team player with a positive can do attitude
