Hours: 35 hours per week
Salary: £31,410 - £48,750 per annum depending on experience

Our client has a Market Rent (PRS) portfolio of over 2000 homes with ambitions to have over 5,000 new build homes in the next 3 years; expanding greatly to become one of the largest rental portfolios in the capital.
They are looking for a designer with previous in-house experience. Working in a hands-on and autonomous role, you will lead on the design and delivery of all marketing and communications collateral as well as managing the marketing process for private Rented Sector developments.
Working within the PRS team you will take responsibility for producing the marketing material and organising the lettings set up for all PRS sites while ensuring cohesion and consistency with the other company collateral produced by the Marketing Team. The responsibilities will range from creating marketing brochures, flyers, site hoardings & way-finding signage, digital info-graphics, e-brochures and other web assets as well as coordinating the dress out of show flats, conducting market research of the PRS Sector through data capture and developing on our branding position.
You will be comfortable working within a fast-paced sales focused environment, taking responsibility from planning to final sign-off and delivery of all collateral required. You will be a team player, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and liaise with key stakeholders. You must be proficient at using In-Design, Adobe and all Microsoft packages as well as having HTML coding capabilities.
