Our Client is looking for an experienced Property Manager for their branch in Wimbledon. You must be enthusiastic and responsible with property management experience, you must be able to demonstrate a track record of your achievements. A solid property background is essential, you will have good knowledge of the property market and industry and a good knowledge of the local area, along with the following:-
Ability to demonstrate initiative
Excellent telephone manner
Strong time management skills
Ability to problem solve
Professional approach to customer services
