Up to £18,000 + Com OTE + Company Car
Our client is a market leading Estate Agent, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join their office. We are looking for candidates with previous experience in the residential property industry who consistently push themselves to be the best and succeed.
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator at our client’s successful office in Surrey Quays. The ideal candidate will be a well presented, dynamic and target driven individual. Candidates must be results focussed, self-motivated and someone who can provide exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities involve all aspects of property sales, dealing with enquiries, arranging viewing, valuation and mortgage appointments, negotiating sales and following themthrough to completion.
Previous Estate Agency experience is essential along with good local knowledge and the ability to maximise on all potential business opportunities.
To be considered:
Experience in valuations and listing
Conducting viewings
Dealing with Offers and Sales Progression
Meeting and exceeding weekly, monthly and annual targets
Full UK driving licence
