- Senior Lettings Negotiator - Wapping
Our client is an independent agent who has offices in North and North West London with over 60 years’ experience are looking for a Senior Lettings Negotiator to join their office in Wapping.
The successful candidate must be hungry, highly motivated and driven with a proven track record as a Senior Letting Negotiator. This role requires an excellent negotiator and closer.
Duties will include;
Registering applicants
Matching properties to applicants needs
Conducting viewings
Negotiating and closing deals
Listing Properties
Liaising with clients, landlords and tenants
To be considered you will have the following:
Have a successful track record
Customer focused
Positive, ambitious and enthusiastic
Excellent communication skills
Full UK driving licence essential
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm, every other Saturday
