Our client is a market leading independent Estate Agent who are looking for a well presented, professional, enthusiastic and driven Lettings Manager to run their lettings department in Finchley.
This is a great opportunity for an existing Lettings Manager looking for a new challenge or an experienced Assistant Lettings Manager looking for the next step.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day to day running of the office
Generating new business
Valuations and listing
New tenancy set ups
Liaising with landlords & tenants
Carrying out morning meetings and team reviews
Have a full UK driving licence
