Hours: Mon - Fri 9am-5pm / 1 in 4 Sat 10am-4pm
Full driving Licence & car required / Car Allowance negotiable
Our client, a well-established estate agency in Ascot, is looking for an experienced and driven Sales Manager to join their team. Known for providing a professional, personal and reliable service, they pride themselves on their passion for property, strong local knowledge and commitment to exceptional customer care.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated property professional to lead and develop the sales operation, build strong relationships with buyers and vendors, and drive business growth. The successful candidate will play a key role in generating new business, maximising sales opportunities and delivering outstanding results, while maintaining the highest standards of service throughout the property sales process.
Duties:
- Generating new property listings and instructions from sellers.
- Carrying out property valuations and market appraisals.
- Developing strategies to increase sales and market share.
- Building relationships with vendors, buyers, developers, and investors.
- Identifying new business opportunities and local market trends.
- Managing and motivating negotiators and sales staff.
- Setting sales targets and monitoring performance.
- Recruiting, training, and mentoring team members.
- Conducting performance reviews and providing coaching.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in residential property Sales
- Strong track record in listing and winning instructions
- Ability to build and nurture strong business relationships
- Leadership qualities with a focus on motivating and guiding our team
