An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and motivated individual to join one of North London's leading estate agencies as a Trainee Sales Negotiator.
Whether you are looking to take your first step into the property industry or build upon existing customer-facing experience, this is an excellent opportunity to develop a successful career within a highly regarded and supportive agency.
The successful candidate will be a quick learner with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a professional and presentable appearance, and a genuine enthusiasm for property. You will be confident when dealing with clients, proactive in your approach, and eager to gain experience across all aspects of residential estate agency.

More about this role:
- Dealing with telephone and email enquiries from prospective buyers
- Accompanied viewings with prospective Buyers.
- Registering enquiries effectively and arranging appointments to view suitable properties.
- Following up enquiries and maintaining a database of active potential buyers.
- Carrying out vendor marketing updates as directed.
- Negotiating offers
- Any other duties as deemed necessary to assist the team.

- Full Clean UK driving licence and own vehicle.
