Requirements for the Role
- Identify potential customers and leads
- Organising and attending valuations
- Assist the buyers with finding the right property’s and arrange and conduct effective accompanied viewings.
- Negotiating terms and Co-ordinating sales to completion
- Liaising with vendors, purchasers, related solicitors, and associated estate agents throughout the process.
- Remain proactive throughout the conveyancing process i.e. instigating surveys and chasing up documentation.
- Completing all necessary paperwork to finalise deals
- Working to financial, individual and team targets to Increase the company turnover
- Maintaining applicant database
- Developing professional relationships with clients and colleagues
successful in this position you will be
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
- A Hungry, driven negotiator who is prepared to put in hard work to develop within the industry.
- Competitive individual who is confident and driven
- An individual to compliment a hard-working sales team
- Full clean driving license.
