Basic: £25,000 Guarantee of £33,500 for first 3 months
OTE £45,000 - £50,000
Licence Required / Company Car provided
Our client based in Hammersmith is seeking a Lettings Negotiator to join their friendly team.
You do not need to have experience in property for this role, what will win you this opportunity is your attitude and work ethic! However, Education or some sales experience can contribute to you securing the position.

Duties will include:
- Registering applicants’ details & requirements using our clients property software and keep in regular contact with them
- Answer telephone and email enquiries
- Arrange and conduct viewings with prospective tenants
- Negotiating rental agreements
- Monitor and maintain up to date property availability
- Reference and credit checks
- Register new tenancies.
- Update and maintain files ensuring that our terms of business, tenancy agreements etc are present and correct.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writing
- Good attention to detail
- Confident attitude with a proactive approach to workload
- Commitment to work
- Good clean presentation to represent the company well
- The willingness and ability to learn and retain key information
- Administrative Skills
- Full UK driving licence
