Location: Cheshunt
Salary: Basic £17,000 – £19,000 OTE £35,000 - £40,000
£250 Car allowance
Hours: 9am - 6pm Monday – Friday and Saturday 9.30am – 3.00pm
5/6 Day week
Full clean driving licence and car are required for this role
Our client is seeking a full time Lettings Negotiator to work at their friendly office in Cheshunt. You will be a key player assisting with the entire rental process this is the ideal opportunity to earn fabulous commission and hit the ground running!
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be well presented, highly organised, flexible in their working approach and a proven ability of meeting and exceeding targets
For the successful applicants, this role will involve:
- Generating quality leads, following these up and consistently aiming for high conversion rates.
- Match suitable properties with applicant requirements
- Arranging and attending viewings
- Complying with all relevant legislation in the industry.
- Ensuring that all customers receive a professional, efficient, friendly and personalised service, pre-empting and fully understanding customer needs and requirements.
- Liaising between landlords and tenants
- Finalising tenancy agreements
- Maintaining accurate records
- Complying with all legislation in the industry
The Individual
- Proven ability of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good IT skills
- Ability to demonstrate initiative
- Confident and motivated
- The ability to engage and work well within a successful team.
- A full and clean UK driving licence and your own vehicle.
