Location: Cheshunt
Salary: £45,000
Hours – Mon – Fri 8:45am – 6:00am
Full licence and own Car required
As our client expands, they are looking for a vibrant person to join their team as Head of operations. This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday 08.45 -18:00 based in their Cheshunt branch. This is a great opportunity for someone with all round Property experience looking to become an integral part of this great team.
Reporting to the directors you will work in a fast paced an exciting environment, processing all related accounts, managing meetings, budgeting and compliance. The ideal candidate for the role will be efficient and adaptable with good all-round operational skills, including a working knowledge of Microsoft excel. Organisation is the key to success in this role!
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Providing support to Directors
- Managing meetings
- Budgeting and overseeing payroll
- Streamlining office costs
- Checking accounts ins and out
- Compliance and following Anti -Money Laundering procedures
- Overseeing recruitment
- Creating business improvements ideas
- Organizing office events
- Providing HR support
Skills and Experience:
- Experience within a similar role, ideally in a property environment.
- Used to meeting deadlines and working to defined timescales
- Pays attention to detail
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- A friendly team player
- Self-motivated
