Location – Loughton
Salary - £27,000 - £30,000
Work Hours - Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm

This is a fantastic opportunity for a super organised lettings Co - Ordinator to join our clients Prestige lettings department. If you are an experienced lettings co- Ordinator currently working in the property industry with exceptional organisational skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. This is a great opportunity, not to be missed.

Main tasks:

• Generate tenancy agreements


• Updating records – ensuring Tennent and Landlord information is accurate


• keeping property listings up to date


• Referencing


• Liaise between landlords and tenants


• Make sure Compliance and legal checks are adhered to where necessary


• Supporting the lettings team when required

The ideal candidate:

• Experience in a similar position


• Attention to detail.


• Super organised


• IT and Admin skills


• Knowledge of lettings regulations


• Self-motivated, able to work independently but also as part of a team.


• Be a clear communicator, with strong client-facing skills and excellent telephone skills
