You will be at the forefront of the property market, engaging with clients, conducting valuations, and managing instructions. This position is perfect for a driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service.
Day-to-day duties include:
- Getting to know the local properties for sale and to let.
- Offering services to landlords & vendors
- Developing leads into viewings/instructions
- Carrying out viewings
- Business development from customers you deal with as well as targeting other properties on the market.
- Talking to purchasers and understanding their requirements
- Arranging and conducting viewings for property for Sale and to let
- Encouraging viewers to offer candid feedback.
- Negotiating offers
- Diary management
