Pear Recruitment: Junior Lettings Negotiator
Location: Crouch End, North London
Salary: Up to £20,000 basic + generous commission (OTE £35,000+)
Company Car: Audi A1 S Line provided
Working Hours Monday, Tuesday, Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
Wednesday & Thursday: 9:00am – 6:30pm
Saturday: 10:00am – 4:00pm (alternate Saturdays)
Our client is an established, family-run lettings agency founded in 1998, with a strong presence across North London. We pride ourselves on delivering a high volume of quality stock, a supportive team environment, and excellent earning potential for our staff.
The Role
They are looking for an ambitious and goal-oriented Junior Lettings Negotiator to join our Crouch End office.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin or progress their career in property, with full training provided by an ARLA-qualified professional with over 10 years’ experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling enquiries via phone and email
- Registering and qualifying applicants
- Arranging and conducting property viewings
- Negotiating offers
- Managing tenancy paperwork, referencing, and compliance
- Ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and on time
About You
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident and professional communication skills
- Ambitious and motivated to earn commission
- Able to manage paperwork efficiently without errors
- Energetic and proactive attitude
- Full UK driving licence required
- Must live within 30 minutes of Crouch End
- Previous experience in lettings is not essential; however, experience in roles involving paperwork and administration would be highly beneficial.
