Salary - Basic £40,000 - £50,000 OTE £80,000 
Hours – Mon – Fri 9am – 5.30 pm

Our well-established client based in St Johns Wood is looking for a client focused Lettings Lister to join their dynamic and forward-thinking team. This is a rare opportunity to join a great company whose systems and approaches ensure they exceed market requirements and continue to develop. As a pro- active Lettings Lister, you will be responsible for growing the property Portfolio by securing new instructions, conducting market valuations and marketing rental properties.  We are looking for candidates with experience within a letting’s environment. You will be self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.

Job description:

• Primary contact for landlords, building excellent relationships, negotiating terms and ensuring compliance


• Maximise stock levels and drive revenue


• Hit targets of 5- 8 Listings per week


• Generate new instructions through networking and nurturing landlord relationships


• Conduct market appraisals to advise landlords or rental properties for marketing


• Pricing and market research


• Collect details about the property (size, location, price, features, amenities)


• Verify ownership documents and legal information


• Create Listings with Clear attractive property descriptions


• Keep all listings up to date and ensure accuracy of all information


• Negotiate Tenancy terms

Skills

• Proven background in letting Listing


• Ability to win instructions from landlords


• Confident in pitching and explaining services


• Strong track record of meeting and exceeding targets


• Self-motivation with a 'can do’ attitude


• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal


• Able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team


• Professional, positive, ambitious, and enthusiastic approach
