The ideal candidate will have some experience as a Sales Negotiator or within a sales environment. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, as is the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

The role:

• Generate market appraisals, developing new business


• Converting appraisals into sales instructions


• Handling enquiries generated from the internet, telephone and walk-ins, in a professional manner


• Generate and accompany viewings and maintain feedback with all parties and negotiate offers


• Be responsible for maintaining records on the internal databases


• Marketing of properties


• Contribute to general running and profitability of the sales department


• Maintaining and nurturing relationships with both new and existing clients.


• Always ensuring excellent customer service.

Requirements:

• Experience in Sales


• Strong communication skills.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Full driving licence
