Pear Recruitment – Trainee Sales & Lettings Negotiator - Brixton
Salary - £18,000 – £20,000, OTE £30,000
Working Hours – 5 day week
Driving License required – Pool car available
Our client, based in Brixton, is seeking an enthusiastic, hardworking, and well-organised individual to join their dynamic team.
Previous experience in a front-of-house, customer service, or administrative role will be considered; however, candidates with a background in property management, sales, or lettings will be preferred.
The successful candidate will be dealing with landlords, tenants, and internal team members, so excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. You must be confident, professional, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Developing relationships with existing and new landlords and vendors
- Assisting with general queries
- Responding to telephone and website leads
- Arranging viewings
- Negotiating offers with Landlords and vendors
- Updating/adding properties onto the website and various portals
- Organising To Let boards
- Obtaining Landlord and Tenant ID, and ensuring signed T&C’s and any other required document tracking are on file
- Assisting with renewals and checking portals for similar properties on the market
