Working Hours - Tuesday–Thursday 9am–6:30pm, Friday 9am–6pm, Saturdays 9:30am-4pm
Driving license & own Car required
Our client is seeking an Entry Level Property Manager to join their current team of 3, based in Palmers Green.
The role will involve managing tenancy progression and compliance, handling pre-tenancy administration, booking gas and electrical inspections, ensuring properties are correctly licensed and compliant, and assisting with general property management issues.
This is an excellent opportunity for an organised, proactive individual looking to start or develop a career in property management.
Responsibilities:
- Minor repairs
- Major refurbishments
- Insurance claims
- Property visits
- Arranging mandatory safety checks
- Booking pre tenancy works
- Drawing up tenancy agreements
- Negotiating
- Tenancy Renewals
- Knowledge of lettings legislations
About you:
- Well organized
- An excellent multi-tasker with the ability to manage your time effectively and prioritise duties
- Have strong communication skills
- Ability to work on your own initiative
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Driver & own car required
