Sales Negotiator

Pear Recruitment - Sales Negotiator – Hampstead

Basic salary - £20,000-£25,000 plus commission up to £50,000 OTE

Driver & Own car required – Fuel Allowance

Working Hours – Monday-Thursday 9am-6pm, Friday 9am-5:30pm, every other Saturday 9:30am-1pm

Our client, a well-established agency based in Hampstead, is looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their busy and successful team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record within Estate Agency, along with strong local market knowledge. A full UK driving licence is essential for this role, and a fuel allowance is provided.

This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Negotiator who is seeking a role with clear career progression within a supportive and professional environment.

 Key duties and skills include:

• Arranging and attending viewings


• Negotiating on all sales


• Booking valuations (conducting them if needed)


• Managing own diary


• Generating business/sales and maximising all opportunities


• Supporting Branch Manager and team


• Professional and motivated


• Driven and personable


• Minimum 12 months experience


• Great communication skills/customer care
