Our client, one of the fastest-growing estate agency brands in London, is seeking a driven and efficient Lettings Negotiator with a minimum 1 year’s experience to join their vibrant branch in Clerkenwell.
Your contributions will directly impact the success of the branch and your ability to negotiate and close deals will be crucial in helping clients find their dream homes. This role is perfect for those who thrive in a fast-paced setting and are eager to take on new challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting viewings and letting properties
- Managing and maintaining an accurate applicant database
- Providing applicants and landlord with regular feedback
- Facilitating a let through to move in
Ideal Candidate
- Minimum 1 year’s experience
- Be target driven and tenacious.
- Be able to work effectively within a team.
- Good organisational and communication skills
- Well-presented and personable
