Our client an established estate agency with a legacy spanning over 50 years are looking for a Land Manager with good experience to be based in there St Albans branch The Land Manager will play a pivotal role in identifying and acquiring land for development, ensuring the agency's continued growth and success. This position is ideal for a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about making an impact in the property industry., with branches across Hertfordshire and London, they are renowned for their expertise in Residential, Commercial, New Home and Land sales. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate potential land acquisition opportunities
- Conduct thorough market research and feasibility studies
- Negotiate land purchase agreements and manage the acquisition process
- Liaise with local authorities, developers, and stakeholders
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and planning policies
Essential Skills and Experience:
