Salary: £20,000 - £22,000 + Commission OTE £50,000, Plus £3,500 car allowance

The ideal candidate will have at least 18 Months previous experience as a Sales Negotiator, demonstrating a proven track record of success in property sales. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, as is the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving will set you apart.

The successful applicant will be:

• Generating new business


• Arranging and attending valuations


• Winning instructions


• Negotiating with vendors and buyers


• Referring financial services and conveyancing lead


• Exceeding targets

The ideal candidate will:

• Have previous Estate Agency experience and customer service experience


• Be target driven and tenacious, with a proven track record of achievement


• Be able to work effectively managing a team


• Always be motivated and enthusiastic


• Display high standards of service and presentation


• Have good organisational skills


• Demonstrate ideas and initiative around plans for market growth


• Be a car owner with a full driving licence
