Land & New Homes Manager – Cheshunt


Basic Salary £32,000 + Commission (OTE £60,000 - £65,000)


Working Hours – Monday – Friday 8:45am – 6pm – some Saturdays with a day off in Lieu off in the week

As a Land & New Homes Manager, you will play an important role in driving the success of the agency. Your responsibilities will include managing land acquisitions, oversee new home developments, and ensure seamless transactions. You will work closely with clients, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver outstanding service and achieve the best outcomes.

To excel in this role, you should bring a wealth of experience in land and new homes management. Strong negotiation skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to build and maintain relationships are essential. You should be proficient at handling multiple projects simultaneously and possess a proactive approach to problem-solving. Familiarity with the local property market in Cheshunt and surrounding areas will be advantageous.

Responsibilities:



  • Ability to identify viable and profitable land and development sites

  • Investigate land details and due diligence to determine eligibility for land acquisition or disposal

  • Gather data and carry out research via various databases to ascertain land or development owner’s / key stakeholders

  • Identify properties/commercial buildings not being used to their full potential and propose recommendations

  • Communicate with clients, house builders or developers

  • Prepare financial reports including pricing, land analysis and market research

  • Ensure contractual terms are complete and communicate fees to clients

  • Developing and maintaining detailed planning application records

  • Produce and send relevant prospecting/enquiry documentation to land or development owners / key stakeholders

  • Carry out physical site visits to establish status of a site and accurately document
