Basic Salary – £32,000 - £40,000 + Commission (OTE £55,000 - £60,000)

Our client is a successful independent Estate Agent who are looking for a Mortgage Broker for their Cheshunt office. The successful individual will work within a great team offering potential clients an outstanding service and have exceptional knowledge within the industry; therefore, you must be able to work well in a team environment, keep on top of any issues and prioritise jobs as necessary.  You will be an experienced Mortgage Broker with excellent communication skills.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience of working in a target-driven, customer-focused environment


• A proven track record of sales


• Expert knowledge of the new-build mortgage and protection markets


• The ability to build relationships with the estate agency team and other departments


• Business development skills


• Excellent interpersonal skills


• CAS Qualifications preferred not essential


• 3-5years experience
