Senior Sales Negotiator – South West London
Basic salary - £24,000 + Commission (OTE £64,000) + Company Car or Car Allowance
Five-day week, Monday-Friday 9am-6:30pm, including every Saturday 9am – 4pm with a day off during the week.
We are currently searching for a dynamic, results orientated and determined Senior Sales Negotiator with a minimum of 2 years experience, to be part of a successful team with our client a thriving estate agency based in the vibrant area of South West London. We are looking for someone with experience in a busy sales role and ideally knows the area with some previous valuation experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Targeted monthly Sales new business deals.
- Personal commission on all agreed deals directly responsible for
- financial service successful referrals.
- Responsible for own Sales progression until completion.
- Maintaining and nurturing relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Always ensuring excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Sales within an estate agency.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent knowledge of the South West London property market.
