Lettings Negotiator - Luton


Basic Salary £20,000 plus commission (OTE £45,000)


Hours - Monday – Friday 9am - 6pm, Alternate Saturdays 9am – 4pm – 5-day week


Driver & Own car required


 


Our client is always focused on further strengthening their outstanding team and they are looking for a Lettings Negotiator to become part of their great team. You will have outstanding customer service and a down to earth manner. With an ethos based on honesty, integrity, and local knowledge the ideal candidate will have all these qualities, in addition you will be confident, responsible, well presented and highly motivated.


We are looking for someone who can shine within this established team that is already providing the very highest level of service to their clients. Working hard to achieve exceptional results, we want someone with the expertise to hit the ground running and the desire to learn and grow within this fantastic environment.

Responsibilities:



  • Conducting viewings and letting properties 

  • Managing and maintaining an accurate applicant database 

  • Responding to rental leads and Tennant enquiries

  • Managing check ins and check outs

  • Providing applicants, Tenants, Vendors and landlords with regular feedback 

  • The ability to engage and work well within a successful team.


About you:



  • A full UK driving licence and own vehicle.

  • Confident communicator

  • Able to work well on your own and as part of a team

  • Good Management and organisation skills

  • Be professional and reliable
