Salary - £28,000 - £40,000
Working hours – Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm (Client will also consider part time)

The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in Client accounts, with a proven track record of maintaining accurate financial records. Experience in managing and handling various administrative tasks is essential.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure all information and financial recordings are processed & maintained accurately.
- Ensure all accounting procedures are made in line with regulations and codes of practice.
- Uphold the best customer care possible.
- Ensure colleagues comply with legislation and best practice.
- Process rents, Contractor invoices and payments.
- Produce landlord statements, rent arrears statements.
- Regular communication with tenants and Landlords
- Deal with day-to-day enquiries from customers.
- Liaise with the Lettings and Property Management teams and contractors.
- Draw up tenancy agreements and other tenancy documents.
- Carry out monthly clients’ accounts and business accounts reconciliation.
- General administration tasks which may include but not limited to, data collection and data entry, tenancy deposit registration.
- Work together with colleagues to produce the best results.
Skills & Requirements:
- Minimum AAT level 2 qualification Ideally
- 2 year’s experience in Client Accounts
- Well organised and able to prioritise day-to-day tasks.
- Attention to detail.
- High regard to customer care to always maintain good customer relationships.
- Effective communicator.
- Understanding of the importance of high standards in handling client’s money.
- Participate in and complete training.
- Participate in external company events.
