Pear Recruitment – Assistant Lettings Manager/Manager – Harrow
Salary – Basic £28,000 - £35,000 + Commission (OTE £50,000)
Hours Monday – Friday – 9-5:30pm, every other Saturday 10am – 2pm
A well-established Lettings & Property Management company are looking for an Assistant Lettings Manager/Manager to join their busy and friendly team in Harrow. You should be able to demonstrate a proven track record. Problem-solving and excellent customer service levels are essential. You will show a passion for the lettings industry and have knowledge of current lettings legislation. Aside from a good work ethic and positive attitude, they are looking for someone who is polite and well presented, flexible, well organised, and able to think on their feet; someone who will go above and beyond.
