Our client has an opportunity for a Candidate competent in Client Accounts to join their team based in Wanstead.
Established in 1989 they are a unique Lettings & Management organisation offering traditional rental services. In addition, the practice is one of London’s most successful Rent Guarantee Service Provision Specialists. Procuring all types of property for Local & Central Government to fulfil their Emergency Housing needs.

About the role:
- Chase Current Rent Arears – Chasing tenants & potential Rental Insurance Claims
- Chase Historic Rent Arrears – Potential Court Money Claims & Liaising with Enforcement services to clear old debt.
- Banking – Putting Rents on the system daily
- Bank Reconciliation
- Rent Payments
- Rent Guarantee Payment
- Preferably a background in credit control and accounts
